Junior 3D Designer – Remote

Join an innovative healthcare technology project focused on enhancing engagement in senior living communities through AI-powered avatar features. This role involves designing the first in a series of stylized, Pixar-inspired 3D avatars using Reallusion Character Creator (CC4). The ideal candidate will bring warmth and expressiveness to character design, creating avatars with soft, cartoon-style features and business‑casual attire. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the avatars are animation‑ready and compatible with modern platforms, contributing to a feature that will enrich programming for older adults.

Deliverables

• Design and develop a fully rigged 3D avatar in Reallusion Character Creator (CC4) with a Pixar/Disney-inspired aesthetic
