Overview

Filinvest Hotel: TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Timberland Highlands Resort, Rizal, under the direct supervision of the Senior Sous Chef, this position is responsible for the supervision and production of all items in the Kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures exceptional customer service aligned with Timberlands mission and vision
  • Leads, motivates, and develops employees to maximize performance and satisfaction
  • Creates a positive work environment and prepares team members for growth and promotion
  • Supervises food preparation for restaurants, banquets, and room service
  • Ensures compliance with food quality, preparation, recipe, and presentation standards
  • Coordinates with Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Oversees menu execution, daily specials, and product rotation
