About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, email, internet, printers)
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues onsite or remotely
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Assist in network setup and maintenance (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers)
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups
- Maintain IT inventory (equipment, licenses, accessories)
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and basic data protection
- Document IT issues, solutions, and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff when needed
- Support new employee IT onboarding (account setup, devices)
