Based in Switzerland, Titans RE is a real estate firm focused on advisory and brokerage within the hotel investment sector, moving into its next stage of growth. With a structured and data-driven approach, we connect carefully selected assets with targeted investors and operators across Europe and international markets. As we expand our advisory scope and further enhance our transaction expertise, we are looking for a Development Consultant.
Your Tasks:
Review and onboard properties, and present them to internal committees by conducting valuation and feasibility analysis for investment cases.
Support the business development of services through client interactions.
Produce autonomously investment cases, valuations, market studies, feasibility studies, and business plans in industry quality and within deadlines.
