About the Role
The main objective of a Junior Customer Care Specialist is to provide a positive customer-patient experience journey that promotes patient loyalty and encourages brand advocacy. Acts as the primary contact between the company and its patients. Responsible for providing immediate attention and care to all patients entering the facility. Handles patients’ queries, needs and concerns either face to face or via phone. Ensures correctness and completeness of each encoded transaction. Prepares and dispatches results according to the given turnaround time.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year college degree course.
Preferably with medical background or with knowledge and experience working as a customer service staff in the diagnostic or hospital industry is a plus.
