Jr. Accounts Receivable Analyst

Role Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our PHINIA Chihuahua Finance team, specializing in customer payment process. This role will be responsible for supporting month‑end close activities, maintaining Accounts Receivable records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (desired).
• Working knowledge of Customer Service.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial consolidation reporting systems (desired).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
