Job Summary

The Job Controller is responsible for monitoring and coordinating workshop activities to ensure efficient workflow, accurate job tracking, and timely completion of service and repair orders. This role supports service operations by organizing job schedules, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating closely with technicians, service advisors, and other departments to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Job Monitoring and Control
  • Monitor the progress of repair and maintenance jobs within the workshop.
  • Ensure work orders are properly assigned and completed within target turnaround times.
  • Track job status and coordinate with technicians and service advisors regarding updates and delays.
• Schedule and Coordination
  • Assist in planning daily workshop schedules to optimize manpower and bay utilization.
