Job Purpose

JDE Systems Developer – Vancouver, BC – Full‑time, On‑site

Overview

Reporting to the IT Applications Supervisor, the JDE Systems Developer will support key systems for our Canadian Divisions in designing, customizing, planning, developing, implementing, and supporting them post‑implementation. As part of the IT Applications team, you will support enterprise applications and work on enterprise IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of a new ERP and warehouse management system.
• Provide first‑line and second‑line functional support for JD Edwards.
• Create customizations within existing JDE.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP‑related incidents and service requests in accordance with established SLAs and service delivery frameworks.
• Support the ERP systems and Business Intelligence system operations.
