About the Role
Looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead (12+ years) to drive end-to-end technical delivery for large-scale projects.
Key Requirements- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, React.js
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Proven ability to lead a team of 4–5 developers
- Hands-on with design, development, and code reviews
- Experience in banking domain , especially corporate actions
- Lead technical design and delivery
- Guide and mentor development team
