About the Role
- Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications for new users.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the help desk system to improve future support.
