Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and manage computer systems and networks.
- Document internal procedures and prepare reports on support activities.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
