About the Role
- Basic network understanding and knowledge
- ITIL experience and knowledge
- MS Operating system and tools
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT related course or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding/practice of MS OS, Office, and outlook mail, VMware, Citrix etc. IT basic knowledge on network, IP telephony, server, desktop, printer etc. especially for desktop/laptop trouble shooting
- At least 5 years’ experience of IT work experience.
- Should be willing to work in shifts.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne
