IT Systems & Security Support Specialist

Arada is seeking a mid-level IT Support Specialist to manage and support their IT systems and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure the efficiency and security of IT operations.

The ideal applicant has a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 3–5 years in IT support, with skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and troubleshooting. Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or MCSA are preferred.
