- Provide hands-on technical support for computers, printers, network devices, and smart systems within the site.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and essential business software (Windows and open‑source environments).
- Perform routine troubleshooting for hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain system uptime, file sharing, and basic data backup processes.
- Keep IT assets, cabling, and documentation well‑organised and up to date.
- Support CCTV, access control, and smart/IoT devices when required.
- Work closely with the IT Manager to implement improvements, adopt open technologies, and streamline operations.
- Min Higher Nitec in IT Systems and Network.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and common operating systems.
