Job Overview

We are hiring an IT Technician to support IT infrastructure at Amazon’s Operations Fulfilment Centre and Logistics. The role reports to the IT Manager and works closely with business colleagues and remote support teams to implement and maintain key infrastructure elements. The IT Technician represents the face of IT to the Business and delivers world‑class service.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support services ensuring all IT equipment and infrastructure run at optimal performance and meet KPI and SLA targets.
• Health & Safety: Own and enforce compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
• Install, maintain, and support IT equipment.
• Asset and inventory management.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors, suppliers, contractors, and external suppliers to ensure efficient asset management and clear communication of technical issues and Amazon standards.
