The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, providing technical support through the Jira ticketing system, and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
Key Requirements
- Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology
- Proven experience in a Senior IT support role
- Strong knowledge of networking and MikroTik environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other branches
