Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, independent IT generalist to support our Houston office, fabrication shops, and job sites. This is a mid-level role for someone with broad general IT knowledge who can walk into a shop, diagnose a connectivity issue, fix a printer, troubleshoot a workstation, and drive to the next location — all without needing someone looking over their shoulder. You’ll handle day-to-day IT issues across multiple locations, triage problems on your own, and escalate to system or network administrators when needed. You’re not expected to be an expert in everything, but you need solid general knowledge and the ability to work through problems independently. The role is a mix of office, shop floor, and field work.
