About the Role
IT Support Technicians are required for an ASAP start with our client on a permanent basis in Chippenham paying £29,250 per annum. To be successful you must have a Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
Salary

Shifts
- Monday to Thursday
- 8am to 4pm
- Friday
- 8am to 2pm
Duties
- Managing the IT Help desk system and servicing all computer users on site
- Training users to improve their computer skills
- Provide IT services as part of a UK-wide support team
- Responsible for PC hardware maintenance and upgrading
- Responsible for software maintenance and upgrading
- Responsibility for cyber security within the site
