IT Support Technician

SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team. POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS 

• Matric.
• A+ and N+ certification or relevant tertiary qualification.
• 1-3 years experience in similar role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Basic end user enquiries (Keyboards not working, Printers not printing, Internet not working, Outlook mails, etc.)
• Setup and maintenance of Camera network.
• Setup and maintenance of LAN and WIFI network.
• Setup and maintenance OF Microsoft licenses and accounts.
• Setup and maintenance of laptops/desktop devices/Phones/Printers.  Which includes the setup of:
  • Microsoft Account
  • Domain Email Account
  • Domain Network User
  • Email on Outlook
• Assigning Static IP's for devices.
• Remote Desktop Access to Servers.
• VPN Acces...
