Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory
• Collaborate with IT team on resolving complex issues
• Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures
• Manage VOIP systems and mobile device setups
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
