Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Scheduled visit |on-site) IT Support Specialist in Switzerland .
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Configure and support printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoint devices.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity issues.
