IT Support Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to support end users across a variety of IT environments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 and Windows 11 issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user account management
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and MFA setup
• Configure and troubleshoot devices, user profiles, and permissions
