About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our internal IT systems, especially our CRM and WordPress-based platforms. Key Responsibilities:
-Provide daily technical support to staff in the office (hardware, software, network).
-Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Groundhog or similar).
-Maintain, update, and troubleshoot company WordPress websites and plugins.
-Manage domains, hosting, add-ons, and server connections.
-Handle web development tasks (e.g., using page builders or updating content).
-Set up new devices and ensure 2FA/security compliance across platforms.
-Liaise with external tech providers when needed.
