About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive In-house IT Support to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up user accounts and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Monitor and maintain the office network, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and IT maintenance.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support IT projects and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
