IT Support Officer

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of our production units in Sialkot. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with basic IT knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure network uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support production floor systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Network & Infrastructure Support
  • Assist in monitoring firewalls, WiFi access points, LAN, and WAN connectivity.
  • Help maintain 99.9% uptime on production floor networks under supervision.
  • Support basic VLAN, subnetting, and VPN configurations.
  • Report ISP link issues and assist in failover testing.
• Systems Administration Support
  • Perform routine checks on Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP) and Linux servers.
