IT Support Officer L2 & L3 Adelaide Based role Permanent Oppourtunity Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in IT Experience with Microsoft Server & Windows operating systems including Virtualisation Experience with technical presales Experience with server migrations Experience with Microsoft Azure Experience with office 365 Configuration/Support of Backup Software/Solutions Configuration/Support of VOIP Products Experience in the use/configuration of Remote Monitoring & Management Software. (Halo and Ninja) Solid networking foundation required to support core network services; TCP/IP, PPP, ADSL, NBN, SNMP, L2TP, Routing, Firewalling and Switching.
