Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners. Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more) Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
