About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and technical procedures.
- Participate in the setup and configuration of new computers and IT equipment.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve more complex issues and projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience Level: 02 years (Fresh Graduate/Student)
