Job Description
- Perform daily IT support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving desktop problems
- Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration and upgrading of desktop, laptops and printers
- Setup, install, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot PC/hardware/software/LAN & network, etc
- Maintain server and network in Microsoft Environment
- Manage IT asset lists
- Server data backup and recovery
- Manage network capacity and email administration such as creating/maintaining user IDs and email addresses
- Provide UAT (User Acceptance Test) to various system/server/application
- Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, telecommunication, audiovisual/office equipment
- Actively participate and support IT related projects
- Liaise and work with external vendors for the delivery and support
