About the Role
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, networks, and hardware. This role ensures smooth operation of IT infrastructure and timely resolution of technical issues for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users via email, phone, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure .
- Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed.
