IT Support Engineer

My Dublin based client is recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide operational support during a critical go-live phase and will be key in ensuring a smooth rollout, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining stable IT services as operations scale. This is a 6 month contract. Key Responsibilities Deliver on-site and remote IT support during the go-live phase. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows environments, including Active Directory and Azure AD. Manage device provisioning, patching, and software deployment using SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopatch. Serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution with minimal business impact. Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and incident resolutions. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
