We’re looking for a hands‑on, solutions‑driven IT Support Engineer with strong technical skills and a passion for solving real‑world problems in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 per month.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide onsite support for desktops & laptops (Windows 10/11)
• Maintain & troubleshoot physical servers
• Resolve network, Wi‑Fi & connectivity issues
• Configure switches, firewalls & routers (basic level)
• Support VPNs & remote users
• Manage Active Directory & user accounts
• Handle printers, IP phones & mobile devices
• Ensure endpoint security (AV, EDR, patching)
• Work with international remote teams
• Document, troubleshoot & escalat when needed
