Responsibilities
- Setup and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Maintain firewalls, security policies, and provide technical support
- Create documentation and troubleshooting tips
- Manage computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
- Act as Data Protection Officer in the Philippines
- Implement security protocols and manage DNS settings
Requirements
- Experience in IT support role
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Microsoft 365, and Teams Admin
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone connect and Azure AD
- Competency in troubleshooting Windows & Mac operating systems
- Experience with email systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
