We are currently recruiting for the position of IT Support Analyst (Help Desk). This role is located in our Vancouver office. Join a team of IT professionals that enjoy technology and support each other in the delivery of exceptional IT services to the firm.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 IT Support – troubleshoot requests coming from calls and emails to the IT Help Desk.
• Provide after hours on‑call support on a rotating schedule.
• Support & setup of Audio/Video conferencing technology in meeting rooms.
• Support for computer equipment & office phone setup and moves.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve end‑user application or peripheral issues. This may involve working with application support teams and vendors.
