Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our diverse team to provide quality IT Desktop Support to our valued internal customers.
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available, located in our Mackay branch.
A key task of this role is to resolve more complex requests or assign to the appropriate resolver group, whilst ensuring the overall customer service experience is of a high standard.
