IT Solution Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for IT Solution Analyst with 10 years (min 5 years in development and 5 years System/Solution Analyst) years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and support quality IT applications.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
• Support FUT, SIT, and UAT testing activities.
• Conduct user training and provide post‑implementation support.
• Participate in incidents, service requests, change requests, and project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
