About the role
The IT Service Management Specialist has a responsibility to uplift service management capability and help promote consistency across a range of I.T services. What does this look like? You will support core ITIL process, improve service visibility, whilst at the same time work closely with a host of internal teams to ensure services are stable, whilst promoting continuous improvement.
