About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact with clients who need technical assistance via phone or email
  • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using different diagnostic techniques
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Install, configure, upgrade, PC software and operating systems
  • Password administration and access support
  • Conduct daily backup and restore of data files and systems
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Skills

  • Sound technical knowledge of Windows-based Operating Systems and Microsoft desktop products
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
