IT Service Desk Analyst I — Onsite Support & IT Operations

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I in Abu Dhabi to provide first and second line support to all system users. This role will ensure that IT Service Desk operations align with Enerflex's business strategy and priorities while working with IT management and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent, ITIL certification, and strong knowledge of IT infrastructure. Experience with Service Desk tools is essential, along with excellent communication skills in English.
