About the Role

This position requires a strong background in application support to manage technical incidents effectively. Leadership and process ownership are vital components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced support for applications and IT systems
• Own operational processes for multi-tiered IT support
• Monitor service level agreements with stakeholders
• Manage IT projects, including automation and compliance
• Guide and mentor team members in service excellence
