Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager for Software Implementation is responsible for managing end-to

end delivery of software implementation projects, from requirements gathering and planning

up to deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support. The role ensures that business

requirements are properly translated into project deliverables, implementation timelines are

met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from initiation, planning, execution,

testing, deployment, and closure.

• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, technical leads,

developers, QA teams, vendors, and clients.
