IT Project Demand Manager

Responsible in assessing the project demand/pipeline and assigning relevant IT Project Manager (ITPM) to implement the project activities for Maybank group. This also includes working on Spend Paper approvals, Enterprise Architecture approvals of the system design and producing weekly/monthly reports for overall Department project’s progress and jointly accountable for the end result—a successful project and ensuring that the team meets objectives on time and that the project stays on budget.1.
