Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an IT Performance Mgr 1 IT Performance Mgr 1 (Overland Park, KS- Onsite ) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients throughout the organization Collaborate closely with the Digital and Information Technology teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of business needs and ensure superior and comprehensive employee experience Assist with new hire and onboarding processes Support the IT Software renewal and approval processes Act as point of escalation for requests and incidents for business sectors, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively Provide assistance and training for IT tools, equipment and systems Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality.
