Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our IT operations and end-user services. This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable IT services while driving operational excellence across identity management, endpoint administration, collaboration platforms, office IT, and service delivery. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure high service availability, excellent user experience, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities- IT Service Delivery & Operational Excellence: Lead ITIL-aligned service management processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
- Manage L1-L2.5 support teams to ensure efficient ticket triage, prioritization, and resolution within established SLA targets.
