IT Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application modules based on user specifications.
• Create and refine file structures, interfaces, programs, and reports while following system development life cycle practices.
• Provide training and support to improve user experience and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Web, System, or Application Development, preferably in banking or with Finacle.
• Proficiency in ETL, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, or API.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies and Cloud Native practices is an advantage.
