Network&Security engineer (6-8Years Experience):

Job Qualifications:

• Execute network changes following ITIL processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, topology, and procedures.
• Support upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
• Work closely with L1, L3, and other cross-functional teams.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 or vendors when required.
• Coordinate with vendors (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) for troubleshooting and RMAs

Technical Skills :

• FortiGate SD-WAN: Configuration, troubleshooting, policy management.
• Palo Alto Firewalls: Security policies, NAT, VPNs, troubleshooting.
• Load balancer : Configuring pools, policies, health monitors, SSL cert offload
• Cisco Networking:
• LAN Switching (VLANs, STP, trunking)
