• Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, servers)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues
• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Administer Windows and/or Linux-based servers and Active Directory environments
• Apply basic cybersecurity measures including OS hardening, network hardening, and baseline security controls
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of client systems to enhance security and performance
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions according to client SLAs and compliance needs
• Participate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across various IT domains
