IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you are the strategic leader of our digital infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure our technology systems are secure, scalable, and highly available. You will balance hands‑on technical oversight with high‑level planning—managing the IT budget, leading a team of specialists, and ensuring that our tech stack empowers every department to reach its business goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the health of our entire network, including servers, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), security systems, and hardware.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the IT support and engineering teams. You’ll set their priorities, manage their professional growth, and ensure the IT Help Desk meets its service targets.
• Security & Compliance: Act as the guardian of our company data. You will implement robust cybersecurity protocols, manage firewalls, and ensure we meet industry standards (like ISO 27001 or GDPR).
