Job Description
The IT support specialist is to provide technical support to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be deployed offsite and will be on a 5-day work weekschedule. He/She will be grown to lead a team if the performance is outstanding.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced support for Windows 11 , macOS , and Apple devices (ipad/iphone).
- Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for both Windows and Mac environments.
- Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- BitLocker / Filevault encryption issues
- BSOD/crash diagnostics
- Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Handle O365 support , including Word, Excel, Outlo...
