Work Setup : 100% Onsite (Makati)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage IT operations across stores and the head office, ensuring system uptime and reliability.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support for POS systems, inventory management tools, and other retail applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Coordinate with global IT teams for system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting. Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, software licensing, and service agreement.
